OUR MISSION
Qualidi’s mission is to support responsible, compliant and effective grantmaking across the full life of a grant. We help charities and grantmakers navigate the Canadian legal requirements with clarity and confidence by translating CRA requirements into practical, defensible guidance. We also help ensure that charitable funds are used effectively by conducting pre and post grant analysis to ensure that charity funds are put to their highest and best use by grant recipients.
WHAT WE DO
Qualidi has two related missions
We support Canadian charities that are making — or considering making — grants to non-qualified donees under Canada’s qualifying disbursement rules to help meet CRA requirements and manage the inherent risks in operating outside of Canada.
We also provide independent, third-party guidance and assessments before, during, and after a grant to organizations anywhere in the world to ensure that charity money is meeting not expectations for efficient pursuit of charitable goals.
Our work is delivered by a network of experienced professionals with expertise in grantmaking, charity law, international and domestic charitable activity, and program delivery. Depending on the nature of the grant, we draw on the appropriate expertise to ensure assessments are well-reasoned, practical, and defensible.
